 Founded 95 years ago, IWASA is a Japanese manufacturer dedicated to domestic craftsmanship. The company develops its own adhesives in Japan and uses only safe, high-quality materials. The inner structure is made from durable paper derived from Japanese wood, known for its flexibility, curved formability, and high strength. The cut core is covered with fabric, carefully edge-wrapped, and assembled piece by piece with millimeter precision by skilled artisans. Using the traditional technique of *ise* (a method of giving flat fabric a three-dimensional curved form), each component is meticulously assembled to create an elegant clutch bag.

Luxurious pure silk Hakata-ori obi fabric is used, with careful pattern alignment even when the bag is closed. Each piece of fabric is cut and assembled by hand through multiple precise processes by artisans. The black version features a deep crimson lining, while the white version uses a fresh light green lining. These subtle accent colors can be seen from the sides, adding a refined accent. This bag is suitable for formal occasions as well as kimono styling and casual wear. Wearing authentic craftsmanship is believed to enhance confidence and bring vitality to the spirit.
