卯辰山桜造　小椀三ツ揃え Utatsuyama Sakura Wood Small Bowl Set of Three

金沢市民なら知らぬ者はいない、金沢城の北東に位置する卯辰山。樹齢６０年以上のソメイヨシノの材を使ったうつわ３点セット。きれいに重ねることができる。

飯碗は白米が食べやすく且つ美しく見えるよう、汁椀は持ちやすく倒れにくいよう、小皿は程良い大きさで食べ物が映えるよう設計している。

Utatsuyama, located northeast of Kanazawa Castle, is a place familiar to every resident of Kanazawa. This three-piece vessel set is crafted from Somei Yoshino cherry wood aged over 60 years from Utatsuyama. Each piece is designed to stack neatly together.

The rice bowl is shaped to beautifully present and comfortably hold white rice, the soup bowl is designed for ease of handling and stability, and the small plate is proportioned to enhance the presentation of food.

Limited to two sets due to the use of rare and unique wood materials.
