In this work, "Hotarude" lines are made wider. This was done so that more light escapes from the inside to the outside, or alternatively flows from the outside to the inside. The intention is to remove the boundary between the inside and the outside, and create a sense of unity as if light of the lines clothe.

Message
The clear white of porcelain clay, the soft blue of porcelain glaze, and the technique of Hotarude allow light to shine through. By combining this technique with something beautiful in nature, I aim to produce works with beautiful expressions of light.
