The middle layer of the three-tiered sandals features Hakata-ori fabric with BOKUSYO patterns.
These sandals have no distinction between left and right. The design is crafted with the idea that switching between feet will give the sandals a different appearance each time.
By alternating between left and right, you can also extend the lifespan of the sandals.
