Product Information
The box-like wooden base is wrapped with Japanese paper (washi) dyed by Akatsuki. Watercolors, mineral pigments, and foil are used to depict scenes of Manhattan's waterfront. By placing a lamp inside, light is projected through the Japanese paper (washi).
